James's will is dated April 13, 1604, for probate. Guessing he died sometime in February 1604.

I do not believe this will of James Churche written 1603 and 0rooved in 1604 is the same James Church. First, the location, Romney Marsh, is miles away from Bekesbourne.
Second althought the wife is named as Alice, and daughters Sybbell and Margery are named, however there is not a daughter named Thomasyn named in the will.
