Mrs. Bloss was born in Benton Center and was the daughter of the late Daniel Decorah Dean and Mary Ball. She had lived in Geneva for the past 35 years. She was a licensed funeral director in Penn Yan for many years and a member of the First Baptist Church of Geneva.
She is survived by her husband, Roy H. Bloss of Geneva; one son, Eugene M. Gerould of Tampa, Fla.; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Tailmadge Campbell of Geneva; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and one niece.
