Craine; grandson of Lewis Duvall and Jemina Welch; great grandson of Benjamin Duvall and Anne Griffith; great great grandson of Mareen Duvall Sr. and Sarah Griffith; great great great grandson of Mareen "The Elder" Duvall and Frances Stockett; and great great great great great grandson of Mareen "The Emigrant" Duvall and Mary Parran Bouth. He is the father of Harvey, William C., Matilda Duvall and Daniel C. Duvall.

Morrison Cemetery is abandoned and heavily vandalized. A 1998 survey made by the Massac County Genealogical Society showed more headstones in the cemetery but did emphasize the fact that there was vandalism of the cemetery noted during that survey. Unfortunately, many of those stones identified during the survey have since been smashed to pieces or knocked over and buried underneath brush and soil.
