–born Oberhausen, Baden
–emigrated from Germany to the US with her husband John in 1846
–arrived in New York City on May 9, 1846 on the ship SS Burgandy
–first settled in Elizabeth, New Jersey where their three children Josephine, Agatha, and Jacob were born
–Juliana's husband died in Elizabeth, NJ in 1852
–sometime after John's death [in the period 1854-1856] Juliana moved to St. Nazianz, Town of Eaton where her sister Rosina Metzger Wernet had been living since September of 1854 –died in Town of Eaton
