She was born June 16, 1920 in Pickett Co., TN to Roy Bransford Storie and Sarah (Pritchard) Storie. She attended the Bloomington Christian Church and a homemaker.
Lola is survived by Daughter: Rhuveda Cross - Byrdstown, TN ; (2) Sons: Randall Cross and Wife: Marilyn - Byrdstown, TN and Ronnie Cross - Muncie, IN ; (1) Brother: Hivis Storie - Byrdstown, TN ; (5) Grandchildren: Bob Cross (Jane) , Mickie Cross, Barry Cross (Linda), Andy Cross and Corey Cross ; (2) Great-Grandchildren: Tyler and Lydia Cross ; (3) Step Great Grandchildren: Julian, Christian and Neta Gregory. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Parents: Roy and Sarah Storie ; Husband: Johnie Cross ; (2) Infant Sons: Wendell and Glendell Cross ; (4) Sisters: Emma Clark, Duell Reagan, Madell Alvey and Amma Brown ; (3) Brothers: Estil, Baxter and Havis Storie.
Funeral service will be held Saturday January 1, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. from the Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Arnold Moon, Bro. Rick Cross and Bro. Henry Colbert officiating. Burial to be in the Cross Cemetery.
