Elizabeth Ackoury of West Scranton died Saturday at the Moses Taylor Hospital. Born Oct. 4th, 1921 in Moscow, she was educated in Scranton schools. She was employed by St. Joseph's Center prior to retirement and also worked for the West Side Senior Center. Surviving are two daughters; Mary Radkiewicz of Scranton and Rita Radkiewicz of Palmyra, and five grandchildren; John, Michael, Chris, Lauren, and Katie Radkiewicz, all of Palmyra. There will be no public viewing. Arrangements are under the care of the Durkan-Cuff-Kearney Funeral Home, 125 North Main Ave.
