Born in Scranton on Aug. 5, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth Wall Ackoury. Prior to her illness, she was an office clerk for Maidrite Steaks and a former member of St. Ann's Maronite Church, both of Scranton.
Surviving are a sister, Rita Radkiewicz and husband, John, Palmyra; and six nieces and nephews, John, Michael, Christopher, Lauren and Katie Radkiewicz.
