RosaLee Tuckett Barrett Barr, 64, passed away suddenly April 18, 2008, at her home south of Dillon, Montana.
She was born December 4, 1943, in Rexburg, to Glenn and Alice Larsen Tuckett. The first four years of her life were lived with her Grandpa and Grandma Tuckett in their house, as building materials were scarce because of the war, so her parents couldn't build a house.
She attended schools in Hibbard and Rexburg, graduating from Madison High School in 1962. She attended Grooms Beauty School in Idaho Falls and Ricks College in Rexburg as a music major. She loved to play the piano and could play any tune. She was always asked to play at weddings and funerals.
She enjoyed crocheting, yard work, doing hair and spending time with her kids, grandkids and friends, and she enjoyed being a Great-Grandma. She also loved traveling.
She married Gary Barrett on August 22, 1964. They later divorced. On December 18, 1999, she married Duane Barr in Dillon, Montana, where they made their home overlooking Clark Canyon Reservoir.
Survivors include her husband, Duane of Dillon, Mont.; children, Wendy Allen and Ronald Barrett, both of Idaho Falls, and Michelle (Vince) Barr of Ucon; seven grandchildren; four great-grandsons; a brother, Calvin (Sharon) Tuckett of Hibbard; and a sister, Bonnie (Dale) Hutchins of Moody, Oklahoma.
Graveside services were held April 22, 2008, at Sugar City Cemetery.
