Michael GRIFFIN, formerly of North Carolina, late of St. Paul's Parish, later Columbia County, Georgia, and of his wife, Nancy Ann WELDON, - 1804, late of St. Paul's Parish, later Columbia County, Georgia, she the daughter of Jacob WELDON, 1723-1785, he formerly of New Castle, New Castle County, Delaware, late of St. Paul's Parish, Georgia.

According the DAR records for Michael GRIFFIN, Ancestor # A048199, he was born circa 1758, North Carolina, died circa 1804, Columbia County, Georgia, and his service in the Revolutionary War was on behalf of the Georgia Troops.
