Frank was the son of Joseph and Frantiska Jenicek Kubat. He was a member of the famous 1908 Crane Techical High School Indoor Baseball Team (champions in 1908 and other years) and was mentioned in numerous newspaper articles about indoor baseball in Chicago around 1908-1909. He moved to Michigan around 1916-1917. In 1917, he worked for Dodge Brothers. He died in Ithaca Michigan. Survived by wife Margaret and daughter Mary.
