Elvira Anderson known as"Vera/Momo" of Clute, Texas went to be with her creator Monday, March 10, 2014. She was born in Raymondsville, Texas to Trinidad Paez and Juan Gonzales and raised in Bay City, Texas.

Vera was a long time resident of Lake Jackson, Texas area, residing most recently in Clute. She found joy in raising her children and later enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was very family oriented and loved helping others. She had a beautiful heart and everyone was always welcomed and made comfortable in her home. Her favorite color was purple. She LOVED the Dallas Cowboys, hanging out with friends, traveling with her sisters and spending time with family.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Juan Gonzales; Sister, Maria Luisa Gonzales; Mother, Trinidad Paez; son, Gilbert Gonzales; Brother in law Isabel "Chevy" Gutierrez and Nephew, Joseph Gonzales.

A funeral service will be held at 7pm Thursday, March 13 at Family Life Church in Lake Jackson with visitation beginning at 6pm. An additional funeral service will be held at 1pm Friday, March 14 at Taylor Bros Funeral Home in Bay City. Published by Taylor Bros Funeral Home
