Clarence Roscoe Clark 75, of Westminster, died at Loch Raven Veteran's Center after a brief illness. Born November 23, 1908 in Union Bridge, he was the son of the late Jessie Ray and Mary Marie Milberry. He was the husband of Margie Tucker Clark who died in 1961. During World War II he served in the Army Engineer Corps., seeing action in the Pacific Theater. He was a member of the Union Memorial Baptist Church, Westminster.
Surviving are stepdaughters Olivia Ward and Ruth Kemp; stepsons Joseph Tucker; sisters Audrey Beard, Edith Green, Thelma Ward, Helen Nokes and Louise Davis; and brother George M. Clark.
