Mrs. Dorothy Elizabeth Kiesey, 86, of Troy, MO, formerly of Bridgeton, MO, passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2014, at St. Joseph West Hospital in Lake St. Louis, MO.
She was born on October 27,1927 in Mayfield,KY to John Presley and Clara (Madden) Holmes.
Dorothy was married to Raymond Kiesey and to this union were born three children: Roger, Faye and Katherine. She was a kind and loving mother and always put her family first.
Dorothy was a Sales Manager for Sears at Northwest Plaza for over 21 years.
She is survived by her three children:Roger and wife Linda Kiesey of Troy,Faye Shulze of Troy, Katherine and husband Ed Schlef of Swansea, IL , nine grandchildren:Ray and wife Brandie Kiesey,Lee Young,Patricia Young,Angie Kiesey,Steven Young,Christine and husband Kevin Dawson, Jeffrey Chenoweth,Heather and husband Matt Brand,Jamie Schlef, six great-grandchildren: Dillan Kiesey,Zachary Kiesey,Brandon Kiesey,Heather Dickhaut,Ceretta Dawson and Dutch Dawson and her brother, JP and wife Aline Holmes of Mayfield,KY.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Kiesey, her siblings:Wm "Bill" Holmes ,Harold Holmes,Thomas Holmes and Katherine Holmes.
