MICHIGAN MAN, 83, DIES IN HOME OF DAUGHTER TODAY
O.W. McColl, 83, a retired railroad agent for the Michigan Central line whose home was in Homer, Mich., died at 8:35 o'clock this morning in the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Rex E. Wade, 678 Bateman street, where the McColls had spent their winters for several years. Mr. McColl had been in failing health for several years, but was only bedfast since he arrived here a week ago.
He leaves his wife and three daughters, Mrs. R.E. Wade of this city, Mrs. W.W. Wilson of Lamoille and Mrs. Fred B. Crandall of Miami, Fla. There are five grandchildren and one great-grandson.
The body was taken to the Horton, Hinchliff and Wilson Funeral home, and will be shipped Saturday to Dexter, Mich., for funeral services Monday afternoon. Burial will be in Webster township cemetery in Washtenaw county, Michigan.
