Doris Younker, 70, of Hillsboro, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at her residence.
She was born in Hillsboro on Oct. 20, 1943, the daughter of the late Dr. Walter H. and Velma (Walker) Fenner.
Besides her parents, she was preceded by two sisters, Donna Ferrell and Ann Fenner Williams; four brothers, Wayne, Dwayne, Gene and Ralph Fenner.
On Nov. 15, 1964 she was united in marriage Tony Younker who survives. She is survived by one daughter; one grandson, one sister, her mother-in-law, two sisters-in-laws, several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Doris retired from the Highland County Department of Human Services after 33 years of services and was a member of the Dunn's Chapel Church.
Services will be 4 p.m. Saturday, March 29 at the Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hamer Township Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. until time of service on Saturday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
