Anna M. Detweiler was the daughter of Conrad Miller and Mary Delong. She was the widow of Dr. Washington C. Detweiler and died at 77 years old of pneumonia. Her death recalls the tragic death of her husband and her brother, Dr. Aaron C. Detweiler, both physicians, while bathing in the Schuylkill River whirlpool at the foot of Spruce Street, Reading in 1883. P32923.
