Elizabeth Beck, 89, of St. Elizabeth, died Wednesday at the Villa Marie Skilled Facility in Jefferson City. She was born March 11, 1894 at Henley, the daughter of Henry and Agnes Loethen Adrian. She was married May 2, 1923 at Jefferson City to Joseph Beck, who died March 29, 1948. She was a member of the St. Lawrence Catholic Church of St. Elizabeth, and a member of the St. Ann’s Sodality of the church.

Survivors include: five sons, Alfred Beck, Kansas City, Ted Beck, Agawam, Mass., Ray Beck, Columbia, and Leonard Beck and Norbert Beck, both of St. Elizabeth; one daughter, Mrs. Pauline Huhman, Tuscumbia; three sisters, Mrs. Rose Schmidt, Mrs. Clara Schmidt and Mrs. Bertha Beck, all of St. Thomas; 39 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Stevinson-Mossman Funeral Home in St. Elizabeth. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the St. Lawrence Catholic church. Burial will be in the St. Lawrence Cemetery.
