Husband of Chester Lansing. Mother of Dorothy Lansing Houghton. Born an Episcopalian, she converted to Lutheranism at an early age. Attended St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Albany. Her funeral was from the Edmund J.C. Dascher Sons funeral home, thence to St. Matthew Lutheran Church. It was always a treat for us when Mrs. Lansing would babysit -we put on puppet shows and musical reviews and she would laugh 'til tears came to her eyes. She was a big fan of my father's homemade pizza. A wonderful, loving lady.
