Mr. Edward E. Sheraski, 76, of 2226 S. 23rd St., Manitowoc, died Thursday morning, August 31, 1989, at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 1 pm Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Deacon William Klein will officiate and burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Scheraski was born March 9, 1913 at Manitowoc, son of the late John and Blanche Konecieka Sheraski. He was employed by Manitowoc Shipbuilding Company, retiring in 1972. Mr. Sheraski was a member of Boilermakers Local 443 and also enjoyed fishing and gardening.
Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Lynne and Greg Enerson of Corpus Christi, Texas and Jeanne Likes of Schofield, Wisconsin; a brother, Carl Sheraski of Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Frank (Theresa) Ruebesam of Manitowoc and Sophie Sheraski of Manitowoc; five grandchildren, Dana and Bret Enerson of Corpus Christi, Auralee and Eric Likes of Schofield and Dawn Klassen of Erwin, Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by a son, James, two brothers, Frank and Richard and a sister, Mrs. Harry (Susan) Staltzman.
