She was born September 17, 1911, in Germany, daughter of the late Johann & Elizabeth Diener. On October 24, 1935, she married Arno Lemke.
Marie was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Brillion.
Marie is survived by her children; son Arno Lemke of Brillion; and daughter and son-in-law Sandy (Evan) Dobberfuhl of Mosinee; three grandchildren: Jeff Lemke, Lori (Kevin) Lamers, Michelle (Geoff) Koltz, five great-grandchildren and a sister, Emma Heimerl of Hilbert.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arno, in 1988, four sisters and two brothers.
Funeral services will be at 1 1 a.m. on Friday, February 16, 2007, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Brillion with Rev. Ross Henzi officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of service. The Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion assisted the family with arrangements.
