Mathew Stanley Stinson, 87, pioneer retired farmer, died at his home at 123 Front Street, Friday evening.
He farmed three miles south of Rogers for 45 years, and moved to Valley City four years ago after retiring.
He leaves his widow.
Funeral services will be held at the Holberg-Peterson Funeral Chapel Tuesday afternoon, December 9, at two o'clock, with the Rev. Donald Ronning officiating. The body will be placed in the Woodbine vault to await burial in the spring.
