"Bill" Starbuck, passed away at Village Care in King; daughter of the late John Armistead and Garilla Hicks McMillon; retired seamstress at Brady Furniture in Rural Hall and a member of Mount Zion United Methodist Church; survived by a son and daughter-in-law, John and Jeanette Starbuck of Pinnacle, NC, a daughter, Pauline "Polly" Lawson Whitlow of Pinnacle, NC; preceded in death by three brothers, Elmer McMillon, Earle McMillon and John McMillon, and three sisters, Bindia Turpin, Katherine McMillon and Fannie McMillon.
