Dorrace Williams, 89, of Big Spring died Sunday, May 11, 2014, in San Angelo. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM Tuesday at Myers & Smith Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday at Myers & Smith Chapel. Burial will be Wednesday at the Cheetham Cemetery at Sheridan, Texas.
She was born August 22, 1924, at Carmine, Texas to Nellie Pauline and Albert Adolph Eichler.
She was a bookkeeper having worked 20 years at Montgomery Ward in Houston.
She had been a resident of Big Spring since 1996.
She married Lawrence Jennings, August 29, 1947. He preceded her in death on March 30, 1996.
She married Marvin Williams October 15, 1997. He preceded her in death on February 28, 2002.
She was a member of the Lutheran Church.
She is survived by one brother: Clifford Eichler of Shreveport, Louisiana; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Clarence Eichler, Albert Eichler, Jr., and Elwood Eichler; and two sisters: Willye Lou Meyer and Eleanor Stockwell.
