Thoroughbred racehorse who won the Grade 1 Vosburgh Handicap.

At stud, Harlan sired Harlan's Holiday, winner of more than $3.6 million, as well as Menifee, a Grade 1 winner who earned more than $1.7 million. Both sons became successful sires.

Harlan died unexpectedly at age 10 from strangles, an acute bacterial disease marked by inflammation of the mucous membranes.
