Swayzee - Algie Nacke, 64, 2388 S. 800 W, Swayzee, died at 4:54 a.m. Monday in Marion General Hospital.

Mr. Nacke was born in Hardin, Ky., and had lived in Swayzee for 14 years. He was a 1951 graduate of Indiana university.

He was a retired detective for the Indiana State Police, Ligonier Post. He worked for the State Department in Washington, D.C., as a narcotics adviser. He was an Army veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars.

He was a member of the Elks Lodge, Warsaw, the Moose Lodge, Angola, and the American Legion, Jonesboro. He was a life member of the Indiana University Alumni Association and he also served as a lieutenant in the Air Force Reserve. He was a member of the National Associaton of Federal Employees.

Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Yvonna; one daughter, Lillian Hogan, Germantown, Md.; four sons, Gary and Dana, both of Germantown, Md.; Kevin, Van Buren; and Aaron, Marion; two brothers, John, Columbus, Ohio, and Raymond, Louisville, Ky.; three sisters, Faye Lowring, Burnettsville, Leota Furguson, Winter Park, Fla., and Lillian Smith, Blowing Rock, N.C., and nine grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Rybolt Funeral Home, 314 N. Washington St., Swayzee, with the Rev. Randy Camm officiating. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery in Star City.
