He was a bricklayer with Local 6 for over 25 years. He enjoyed riding his 2000 FatBoy Harley Davidson motorcycle and he had previously participated in motorcycle drag racing. He also enjoyed fishing and watching football and NASCAR.
Cause of death was either return of esophageal cancer or lung cancer. He opted to not find out which one was killing him, but rather spend his last few days on earth with his family members and his cats around him. He died at home, after all family members had a chance to say goodbye to him.
