Helen Elizabeth Kratz, 65, of Chilton Village, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 1992 at Chilton Village from a lingering illness.

She was born Dec. 17, 1924 in Appleton, daughter of the late Henry and Katherine Baer Worden. She married Henry Kratz on Dec. 31, 1955 in Dubuque, Iowa. She was a housewife.

Her husband preceded her in death on Oct. 13, 1979. One brother and one sister also preceded her.

She is survived by two daughters and two sons-in-law, Rose and Francis Halbach of Elkhart Lake, Dianne and Frank Freidenberger of Whitelaw; three sons, and one daughter-in-law; Jim and Jaunita Schwabenlander of Appleton, Fred Schwabenlander of Brillion, and Harold Kratz of Menasha; four sisters and three brothers-in-law; Hazel and Nick Kramer of Seymour, Theresa and Bill Barr of Tomahawk, Irene and Bob McNabb of Colorado, Mary Jane Worden of Fond du Lac; two brothers, Charles Worden of Rhinelander and Jim Worden of California; and 12 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be on Thursday at Wieting Funeral Home, Chilton, with the Rev. Joseph Mills officiating. Burial will be at the community Cemetery.
