BERLIN - Louise Walden Davis, 87, of Berlin died Sunday, Dec. 19, 2010, at Woodlands at Cobblestone.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mark Stone officiating.
Interment will follow at Sardis Cemetery. Hall Cardin, Kagey Cardin, David May, Tad May, Chuck Jinwrght and Daniel Ward will serve as casketbearers.
Born April 3, 1923, in Colquitt County, Mrs. Davis was the daughter of the late Jewell Brown Walden and Sam Walden. She was a homemaker and was a member of Berlin Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, James Ralph Walden, Edgar Walden and Eugene Walden; and a sister, Rochell May.
Survivors include her husband, Turner Davis of Berlin; a daughter, Linda Hiers and husband Tony of Berlin; three sisters, Pauline Norman of Moultrie and Blanche May and Nell Cardin and husband Kirth, all of Berlin; two grandchildren, Jessica Hiers Hurley and husband Jessie of Clearwater, Fla., and Kayla Hiers Wilson and husband Donnie of Hahira; and five great-grandchildren, Isabella Hurley, Delia Hurley, Jessie Hurley and Owen Hurley, all of Clearwater, Fla., and Evan Hurley of Moultrie.
Baker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
