Italy was the daughter of Basil & Maudie Ramey Slone and was named for her aunt, Italy Ramey Potter. Miss Slone passed away from the effects of acute indigestion, with a duration of one day.


Note: Although her headstone inscription is for a 1920 YOB, her birth record is listed as 02-08-1921. Her headstone inscription has her DOD as FEB. 1, 1929, her DC is for 02-18-1929.
