Jesse J Williford, Sr. 82 of 1608 Santuc Carlise Hwy.
pasted away At 10:20 pm at Wallace Thomson Hospital after a brief illness.

Native of Union, his was the son of Samuel and Sadie Hyder Williford.

Jesse was a member of Fairview Baptist Church in Union and retired from the Milliken Company
Monarch Plant.

He formerly served as Magistrate of the Santuc township.

He left behind his wife, Viola Taylor Williford, of 61 years,a daughter, Elaine W. Burgess and son James Williford Jr,his brother,George Williford, and
Ten grandchildren:
Carroll Burgess, Melondy Burgess Carter,Clarence Burgess,
Jamie, Charity, Josh, and Christen Williford,
Tammy Burgess,Jimmy Robinette,all of Union and Harold Robinette,Jr. of Kingsport Tennessee
And 12 great grand children.

Jesse was a proud man, a hard worker, a wonderful husband,father and grandfather. The memories we have of him will always be cherished.
