She was a great lady in my opinion.She was pregnant with her 8th child when my great great grandfather Andrew Jackson Chitwood died in 1874 at 40 years old.

Sarah Jane McCoy Chitwood (Date unknown)

This is a photograph of a tintype that is believed to have been in possession of Andrew's daughter, Ailcy (my Grandmother). Current location of the tintype is not known, but the photograph was passed on by my Aunt, Mary Kent Galyan, with whom my Grandmother lived for many years.
