The Maddy addendum to Bernice Irwin's Parker Genealogy gives Matilda's maiden name as Diebert. Marriage Record name of Deivert was handwritten twice. Father's name of Deiwert was probably originally Deivert but anglicized to Deiwert. Since Matilda used Deivert on her marriage record, Deivert is her maiden name.
Bernice Irwin says Matilda was aged 37 years, 9 months, 5 days when she died (someone was reading an old gravestone, I suspect). Subtracting that from her date of death: 1870/10/25 - 37/9/5 = 1833/1/20.
As of Oct. 5, 2014, thanks to Carl Nollen's excellent photos, we can see the gravestone that Bernice read.
