SYLVESTER C. KUMBALEK
Sylvester (Tiny) Kumbalek, 66, of Cleveland, Wis., formerly of Mishicot, died unexpectedly Sunday morning at his home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot. The Rev. Earl Brouchoud will officiate and burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.Mr. Kumbalek was born March 12, 1912 in Two Rivers, son of the late Louis and Hattie Landet Kumbalek. He married Olive Henn June 56, 1935 in St. Lawrence Navarino Catholic Church, Shawano County. Mr. Kumbalek was a mechanic in Manitowoc and Two rivers area prior to moving to Cleveland in 191. He was presently employed with Prigge Charters Inc. of Sheboygan and a member of St. Wendel Catholic Church, Cleveland, Catholic Knights and Senior Citizens of Cleveland and Manitowoc County Expo.Survivors include his wife, two sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Joan Kumbalek of Green Bay and Roger and Joe Ellen Kumbalek of Cleveland; three daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Ann and Alvert Tagen of Route 2, Manitowoc, Betty Lou and Gerald Krejcarek of Two Rivers and Jean and Wayne Hagenow of Rhinelander; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. David (Sandra) Rahn of Eden, Wis.; three brothers, Norbert and Ernst of Manitowoc and Roland of Mishicot and 19 grandchildren.
