A Good Woman gone to Rest.
Mrs. Arabella C. Nisbet died at her home in Oswichee Friday evening Oct. 1st., in the 67th year of her age. Mrs. Nisbet was the wife of the late Hon. F. A. Nisbet and daughter of Maj. Wm. Alexander, of Putnam Co., Georgia the place of her birth.
She was a consistent member of the Methodist church and although she had been ill for some time her death was a shock a[?] to the entire neighborhood to whom she had endeared herself by her many lovable, winning and christian traits of character.
She was a true and faithful wife, a loving and affectionate mother, a kind and devoted friend and has gone to reap the reward which awaits all who are faithful. The Register extends its sympathy to all those who are left to mourn her death and trusts that they may be comforted in the fact that "He doeth all things well."
