Mrs. James (Norma Viola) Krebs, 57, 261 Brown, died at 3 a.m. today in Porter Memorial hospital after a lingering illness.
Born in Valparaiso, Oct. 4, 1908, she was the daughter of Norman and Flora (Williamson) Pierce. In Chicago, in January, 1929, she was married to James Krebs, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, one daughter, four sisters and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and three children in infancy.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Wetmore Funeral home with the Rev. L. E. Myers, officiating. Burial will be in Graceland cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday.
