On March 3 a man committed suicide three miles south of Waco. There was no identification but his clothes had labels from Dallas businesses. He was described as blonde and six-feet one-inch tall. He was buried on March 16 after no one identified or claimed the body.
He was buried in First Street Cemetery. A board was placed on his grave which read, "Here Lies an Unknown Man."
