Angelina and her husband Harvey Lewis were part owners of the Hopewell Iron Furnace in Livingston County, KY in the late 1840's, and sold their share.

The Lewisburg neighborhood of Covington is located on hilly terrain in the western section of the city. Originally, much of this land (87 acres) was owned by Dr. Harvey Lewis. As the property began to be divided up into lots, residents began referring to the area as Lewisburg.

Harvey Lewis and his wife Angelina Leathers died during the Yellow Fever Epidemic of 1855 and 1857, while living in Covington, KY.

(inscription noted by young daughter Annie Lewis Sellers when living in Covington, KY until 1868, and included in the Family Bible).

He was not reinterred at Highland Cemetery, as were a few of his wife's family members in the mid-1870's, perhaps because he was a victim of Yellow Fever.
