Casimir A. (Casey) Markowski, 71, of 1818-20th St., Two Rivers, died Wednesday morning, July 30, at Two Rivers Communtiy Hospital.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers. The Rev. Robert Rhyner will officiate and burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Mr. Markowski was born Jan. 8, 1909, at Manitowoc, son of the late Henry and Mary Novak Markowski. He married Sylvia Vavrunek June 23, 1931, at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Mr. Markowski retired eight years ago as union representative for Allied Industrial Workers AFL-CIO. He was a member of St. Luke Church.
Survivors include his wife, Sylvia, a son and daughter- in-law, Don and Darlene Markowski of Two Rivers; a daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Jerome McAdams of West Allis; four brothers, Henry, Leonard, Anton and Joseph Markowski and a sister, Mrs. Ray Hetue of Manitowoc and five grandchildren (private). A sister preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Klein and Stangel Inc. Funeral Home, Two Rivers, after 4 p.m. Thursday, where a memorial service will be at 7 p.m.
