CHRISTINA BIRKHOLZ

Mrs. Christina Birkholz, 79, formerly of Reedsville, died Wednesday at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Welnicke, of 343 N. 19th St., Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 10:15 a.m. Friday at Reedsville Funeral Home and at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Reedsville. The Rev. Adolph Dolezel will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Birkholz, nee Christina Steinfest, was born Dec. 25, 1888, at Antigo, daughter of the late Joseph and Barbara Halada Steinfest, and was married to William Birkholz Nov. 15, 1909. She was a member of St. Ann Christian Mothers Altar Society and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include three sons, Vernon of Butler, Wis., Daniel of Manitowoc and Howard of Collins; three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Fleming of Milwaukee and Mrs. Welnicke and
Mrs. Raymond (Evelyn) Heinrichs of Manitowoc; 21 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. Her husband, a son and a daughter preceded her in death.

Friends may call at the funeral home where at 8 o’clock this Thursday evening the Rosary will be recited.
