Gray’s Landing Community - Mrs. Ginger Claxton, age 57, of the Gray’s Landing Community, died Tuesday, May 17, 2016 in the Community Hospice House in Vidalia, after an extended illness.
She was a native of Leesburg, Florida, and moved to Montgomery County in 1974.
She was manager at Shuman Cleaners in Vidalia and worked there for fifteen years.
She was Baptist by faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Claxton; parents, James K. “Slap” Clements and Madeline Lay Clements; a brother, Timmy Clements; and a niece, Angela Foskey Hart.
Burial will follow in the Uvalda City Cemetery.
