Fed Diseased Cow"

The Light of Hope Orphange was situated between Henrietta and Brownhelm. A young girl Lillian Millington, age 12, was a runaway and was left by the court in the care of Mrs. George McConnelly of Vermilion who harbored her and other runaway children who were abused at the orphanage.
