Ronald E. Beck, 76, of Lancaster, formerly of New Providence and Ephrata, died on Monday, July 21, 2014 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy after a lengthy illness. He was the husband of Emma M. (Pickel) Beck for forty-five years.
Ronald had worked at Lancaster Malleable, Woodstream Corporation, Yellow Freight and SICO Route 30 Truck Stop.
Born April 22, 1938 in Lancaster, he was the son of the late David W. and Pearl (Trout) Beck. Ronald enjoyed sports, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Also surviving are three children, Ronald E. Beck, Jr., David E. Beck married to Brenda, and Stacy L. married to Richard L. Tripple, all of Lancaster; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by six siblings.
Private Funeral Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
