MARIBEL MAN, ILL FEW DAYS, DIES IN CITY
Ill but a few days as result of which he had to submit to an operation, William Fidler, well known Maribel man, failed to survive the shock and died at the hospital here yesterday afternoon. Few friends were aware of his illness and news of his death comes as a surprise and shock.
Mr. Fidler was 34 years of age, having been born at Cooperstown, September 18, 1891. He was married June 21, 1921, to Mary Weber, the widow, who with two children, Leo, 3, and Clarence, 2, survive. His mother, Mrs. Anna Fidler, four brothers, Adolph and Frank, this city; Joseph of Milladore, and John of Silver Hill, Alabama; and four sisters, Mrs. W. Siebold, Mrs. F. Kvitek, Maribel, and Mrs. J. Kubichka and Miss Viola Fidler, this city, also survive.
Funeral services will be held from St. Joseph church at Maribel, Monday morning at 10, the Rev. Hous officiating. Interment will be at Kellnersville.
