ROSE HOCHMAN

Rose Hochman, age 91, formerly of 9733 Hillcrest Road, Whitelaw, died on Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2010, at St. Mary's at Felician Village.

Rose was born on April 17, 1919, in Manitowoc, daughter of Adam and Agnes (Brefczynaski) Tolksdorf. She attended Fillmore's School in Manitowoc. Rose was married on Oct. 21, 1937, to Anton "Tony" Hochman at St. Mary's Catholic
Church in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on Sept. 6, 1994. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Rose enjoyed baking, gardening and crocheting. She enjoyed playing yathzee and dominoes with her brother and sisters and their spouses. Rose especially enjoyed being with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Adam and Agnes Tolksdorf; her husband: Anton Hochman; one son: Robert "Bob" Hochman; two sons-in-law: Ronald Becker; James Byrne; five brothers; Edmund, Harry, John, Joseph and Frank Tolksdorf; two sisters: Susan Glowinski; Martha Rehak; six brothers-in-law: Harry Glowinski; John Kollack; Eugene Kolaczkowski; Nelson Ney; Joseph Rehak; Frank Svatek; five sisters-in-law: Ada Tolksdorf; Josephine Tolksdorf; Adeline Tolksdorf; Anna Svatek; Sister M. Flavia.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Kellnersville. The Rev. Ronald Colombo will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the church on Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass
at 11 a.m.
The Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home of Kellnersville is assisting the Hochman family.
The family would like to express a very special thank you to Next Step Rehab of St. Mary's at Felician Village in Manitowoc and all the people who came to visit with her.
