Per her death certificate found on Ancestry.com: she was a daughter of W. H. Dunlap and Margaret O. Dunlap, both born in S. C. She was married at the time of her death but her spouse is not named. She died at 3406 Main St. of carcinoma of the breast. The informant was W. D. Starling Jr. (no address given)

Found in The State 04 September 1915: Mrs. W. D. Starling Jr., died early yesterday at her home on Main street after an illness of several months. The funeral services will be held at St. Peter's Catholic church at 3:30 o'clock this afternoon and the interment will be in the Catholic cemetery. While Mrs. Starling's condition had been extremely critical, her death came as a shock to her relatives and friends. Before marriage Mrs. Starling was Miss Rosa Dunlap of Columbia. Her husband is employed by the Shand Supply company. Mrs. Starling is survived by her husband, one daughter, Minnie, and the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. P. W. Robison, Mrs. W. H. Dotter, Miss Mamie Dunlap, W. C. Dunlap of Columbia and Robert A. Dunlap of Atlanta.
