Clement L. Scott, 64, of 1110 S. 12th St., Manitowoc, died Tuesday at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be at 1:30 pm Thursday at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Newtonburg. The Rev. A.T. Degner will officiate and burial will be in Knollwood Memorial Gardens, Town of Kossuth.

Mr. Scott was born Nov. 30, 1901 at Hesperia, Mich., son of the late Frank and Jessie Coles Scott. He came to Manitowoc in early manhood and married Flora Spaeth Nov. 8, 1924, at Manitowoc. He had been a machinist at Kaufman Mfg. Co., and retired a year ago due to ill health. He was a member of Machinist Local 516.

He is survived by his wife, two sons, Jerry of Milwaukee and John of Manitowoc; two daughters, Mrs. Orlando (Kay) Fehrmann of Manitowoc and Mrs. Melvin (Carol) Schultz of Neenah; three brothers, William R. of Manitowoc, Orin of Muskegon, Mich., and Karl of Menasha; six sisters, Mrs. Oscar Glaeser and Mrs. Mary Bruechert of Manitowoc; Mrs. Carl Dittmar of Hialeah, Fla., Mrs. Walter Mueller of Tampa, Fla., Mrs. Lucille Abel of Port Clinton, Ohio and Mrs. Henry Herzog of Flint, Mich.; and 12 grandchildren.

Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 3 pm Wednesday until noon Thursday and then at the church.
