Clara Bailey, 91, died late Wednesday evening at the family residence following a brief illness.
A Muncie native, she was the daughter of Henry and Viola Balsley Foreman. She attended St. Lawrence School. She was a self-employed beautician in Muncie for many years, working out of her home until her retirement.
She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
Survivors include her sister, Margaret Hawkins, and a niece, Lois Hirons, both of Muncie.
Her husband, Clarence L. Bailey, preceded her in death.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Saturday in St. Lawrence. Entombment will follow in Elm Ridge Mausoleum. Friends may call at Meeks Mortuary from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday. The Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Friday at the mortuary.
