Lucie M. Smellie, 90, of Maple Lawn Home died Monday, March 28, 1994, at the home.
Born May 15, 1903, in Lowpoint to David and Amy Gifford Braun, she married Alexander Smellie on Nov. 30, 1929, in Eureka. He died Jan. 13, 1993. Two brothers also preceded her in death.
Surviving are one son, James of Deltona, Fla.; one brother, Roland Braun of Washburn; two sisters, Agnes Kehr of Peoria and Marian Uphoff of Metamora.
Cremation has been accorded.
