Glorianna Mae Monnette age 87, formerly of N1437 Hale Rd., Peshtigo, WI died on Monday, July 3, 2006 at Rennes Health Center East. Born on May 9, 1919 she was the daughter of the late Frank & Nellie (aka Lena Petronella Bloomers) Noack.

On June 18, 1937 she married Alphonse Monnette at St. Peter's Church in Oconto and he preceded her in death on December 26, 1991.

Glorianna was a cook for many years working with Lorena Hatton catering weddings and also worked at Thompson Boat and Pineview.

She is survived by eleven sons: Bob (Sylvia), West Allis, WI; Clyde (Nancy), Plano, TX; Wayne (Sheila), Hamersville, Ohio; Dale (Angie), Oconto, WI; Dick (Audrey), Marinette, WI; Terry (Diana), Peshtigo, WI; Randy (Rhea), Marinette, WI; Alphonse Jr., Saginaw, MI; Mark (Colene), Peshtigo, WI; Lamont, Howard and Paul (Courtney), Birmingham, Alabama;

five daughters: Donna (Milferd) Behnke, Marinette, WI; Beverly (John) Thomsen, Dade City, Florida; Jane (Bob) Hinds; Judy (John) Seelbach and Margaret (Jack) Biddy, all of Birmingham, AL;

two sisters: Lucille (Merlin) Volk, Oconto, WI and Joyce (Clifford) Rouer, Lena, WI.

32 Grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by 2 infant children, Barbara and Dean; 1 grandchild, Robert;

brothers: Roland, Floyd, Ralph, Orville, Franklin, Woodrow, Milo;

sisters: Goldie Lang, Pearl Basten, Phyllis Strom.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 7, at Berth & Rosenthal Funeral Home, Peshtigo from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Visitation continues on Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Peshtigo from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in the Oconto Catholic Cemetery.
