CHEYENNE, Wy.- James A. Logon, 62, died Feb. 24, 1994, at the United Medical Center, East Cheyenne.

He was born Jan, 5, 1932, at Greensburg, the son of Samuel Alvin and Lillie Mae Selby. A Cheyenne resident, having lived at Greensburg, and Powell, Wyo., he was a truck driver for Consolidated Freightways for two years. Prior to that, he had been self employed in trucking.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Powell, Wyo., and a past president of the Wyoming Trucking Association.

On March 2, 1952, he married Vigie (sic) Ray at Greensburg, She survives.

Other survivors include; a son, Steven James, Worland, Wy.: a daughter, Connie Jackson, Waynesville, Mo.,: mother, Greensburg: two brothers David, Tusla, and Johnny, Wichita,
: three sisters, Winona Naumann and Ora Ellen Doyle, both of Greensburg, and Rowena Lund, Wyoming, Minn; and six grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Assembly of God Church, Greensburg, with Pastor Ray Holman presiding. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Greensburg.
